MENTORSHIP & COACHING

The YEA facilitates peer-to-peer mentorship opportunities among members of the Association. We also connect entrepreneurs with successful business leaders across the world who provide one one one as well as group coaching and mentorship interventions.

TRAINING AND FELLOWSHIPS

Over the years the YEA has collaborated with several local and international partners to provide scholarships for business, personal and professional development training. Through our partnerships with the local investment ministry as well as international embassies the YEA has faciliated fully funded fellowships in several countries across Asia, Europe, the Caribbean and North America.

INCOME EARNING & FUNDING

The YEA is a business development organization under the Development Bank of Jamaica's voucher for technical assistance programme and a partner to the JMMB Resource Centre. This allows our members access to markets by operating as consultants who provide technical services to entrepreneurs right across Jamaica.

MARKETING, BRANDING & VISIBILITY

Through our events, particularly our national entrepreneurship week, social media and online magazine, the YEA provides several opportunities for members to achieve maximum visibility and target engagement for their brands as well as opportunities to cement themselves as local experts in their respective fields.
